Thank you for taking time to look at our 2016 English Blog which I hope you will find interesting and helpful. The aim of this blog is to keep students and parents up to date with what is happening in our class. I hope to keep you informed by posting details on lessons, homework, events, examples of students’ work and more. Just click the relevant year group above to access information for that class. Likewise, click on a topic in the Tag Cloud on the left for details.
This is also an opportunity for students to have an authentic audience for their writing. So please read the Blogging Guidelines page then feel free to comment on anything posted on this blog by clicking “reply”.
To access students’ own blogs, you will require a password. You will find this on the school newsletter or please ask one of the students or myself.
Check out the “Contact me” page if you would like to get in touch with me.
Kind regards,
Lynn Flannery

Hi Happy Holidays everyone.
Hello to Mrs. Flannery’s class from our class in Austin, Texas, USA!
We’ve been enjoying our blogging visits back and forth, and we’ve decided to write a class post about what we think we know about Australia. You can read our ideas here:
http://edublogs.eanesisd.net/tkriese/2016/10/28/16stubc-australia-what-we-think-we-know/
We’d love to know what we got right, what we got wrong, and what interesting facts we left out!
Have a great week!
